Kelly graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a Bachelor's of Health Science in Asian Holistic Health and Massage. He served as a Medical Staff Member for the United States Diving Team at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio. He is a certified Corrective Exercise Special through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has completed a rotation with the United States Olympic Committee Sport Medicine program. He is RockTape Basic, Performance, and RockBlades Advanced certified.
He is a member of the USA Diving Medical Team and has traveled all over the U.S. and parts of the world to work with the Nations most elite divers. He also works with American Massage Therapy Assoc. – NC Chapter - Sport Wellness and Activities Team, Next Level Performance and Wellness, and contracts regularly with UNC and Duke University Athletics.
In addition, Kelly has 24 years of experience in martial arts, a Bachelor's in Psychology, and 6 years as an animal behaviorist which add a unique and often entertaining element to all of his sessions.
Outside of work he can be found training in martial arts, teaching martial arts related fitness classes, and woodworking.

Randori is a tern in Japanese martial arts that is commonly referred to as "free response" training. A more literal translation is recieving chaos which is appropraite to the situaions athletes often face.
