Methods

Check out the optional methods, modalities and skills that are brought to each session for complete results.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

IASTM is the use for tool to help regulate the nervous system as well as address the soft tissue dysfunction

Cupping

Deep Tissue

Use of hand techniques to address the deep layers of the body. The techniques are more about the depth than the pressure utilized during the session.

Myofascial Massage

Techniques used to influence the interplay between the muscle and fascial layers.

RockTape

Stretchy tape is utilized to cue body position/posture, hasten recovery, and provide comfort to injuries.

Corrective Exercise

Static and dynamic assessment used to design effective programs to take your results beyond the session.
