Traditional Chinese Medicine

Ancient solutions for your modern issues

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) there are channels of energy, called meridians, that course throughout the entire body. When the energy does not flow properly, the individual suffers various maladies. A TCM Practioner's goal is to stimulate specific acupuncture/acupressure or the channels as a whole to restore the proper flow. The major expressions of this are Acupuncture, Herbology, or form of bodywork called Tui Na.

A Tui Na session includes acupressure and specialized massage techniques to directly stimulate the soft issues and the energetic flow in the body. The use of tools for Cupping and Gua Sha may be incorporated to assist in these actions. Together these methods can help alleviate acute and chronic digestive, respiratory, gynecological, musculoskeletal, and sinus/allergy issues.

Some elements of TCM are in every one of Kelly’s sessions however if you’re interested in purely TCM/Tui Na sessions, please contact us for more details at These sessions are Tui Na/bodywork only and do not include Acupuncture or Herbs.
